"I went to this cafe in the morning. They don’t have the menu at the moment, but a lovely staff (her name is Wai) suggested a burger. So I ordered the burger and a regular flat white. Even though they were supposed to close soon, the staff kindly allowed my family to stay and wait inside until 7pm because they didn’t join the Waitomo Glowworm Cave tour. It was quite cold outside at that time, so we were really grateful for their warm hospitality. They even gave us extra plates so we could enjoy our own food comfortably after our tour. Their kindness and understanding truly went above and beyond normal service. Highly recommend this place for not just their food and drinks, but also their genuine care and friendliness.
